Meet Richard Dorn 

For my entire life I have been in involved in one form or another with real
estate. I received my A.A. degree from college of the redwoods,
(ironically, I am currently a trustee for the college). I then graduated
from U.C. Berkeley. I have spent a majority of my life in Humboldt and my
family has been here since 1898. In fact we still own my great uncle’s
homestead ranch.  

We have raised, or I should say almost raised two great daughters here. I
have been and am very involved in the educational system of Humboldt County. 

My hobbies are hiking and traveling. I recently summated Kilimanjaro, a
great experience. I went to college in Europe, and The Soviet Union, so
travelling is almost second nature to me. And remodeling is also second
nature (contractor comes out). I love looking at a project and figuring out
how it will come together. Believe me; clients love this asset of mine. I
also showed dogs for years, Far to many years to mention.. 

My knowledge of Humboldt County is something I am truly proud of and very
happy to share with you. 

I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1994. Since then I have
been representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Before that
I worked in the commercial real estate Field. My entire career has been in
Humboldt County. I have worked hard to achieve various designations that
furthered my education and help me to assist my clients.
